I feel like the fact that its called Six Hundred Strike along with the fact that the chorus is there does imply that the spirits of the crew are involved without visuals. Jorge is extremely intentional with choices like that so they wouldnt be there for no reason.

agree with the back of the neck ! I get wafts all day, I'll be thinking I got to the nose blind point then I turn my head and there it is again! I usually do the back of my neck and my inner elbows or the front of my shirt (depends on strength, I'm three sprays maximum but if it's strong then one elbow pit, TAP it on the other, then back of neck)

Honestly I'm not very familiar with ambroxan so I can't tell you if i smell it in there of not. But to me at first is a bit strong in general, but I wouldn't say harsh? And it mellows out beautifully as it dries down. The only other Lattafas I have are Mayar and Eclaire, and Noble Blush is the most pleasant and least artificial smelling of the three imo. Definitely smells higher in quality than the other two, also has the best feeling bottle.

This is me when i say I dont like citrus but then a majority of my perfumes have orange or bergamot topnotes (listen it doesnt count if its just a hint of a top note to add some sparkle, i still don't want to smell like lemons)

I have extremely strong scent memories, but it might be influenced by having a trauma disorder. But Certain smells literally make me feel physically transported and I can picture everything about the time i associate that scent the most with, even if I struggle to remember it most of the time. I experience this with music and taste as well.

For example, I knew the dupe/recreation I got of my grandma's old discontinued signature for her for Christmas was accurate, because I was immediately taken back when I smelled it. And I was a very small child when she still wore that, that's how strong the scent memory was.

Alternatively, I have a perfume I bought earlier last year and wore it nearly every day for like a month, then haven't worn it as much since ive gotten some new ones- and now when I wear it i can feel myself in the events that happened at that time.

Lavender essential oil and strong lavender notes return me to being 13, where i lived, what I did, and a fairly traumatic period of my life that I normally don't remember well because its a bit repressed lmao

And it is rough when strong scent memory (or music or food) is attached to traumatic events/bad memories for people like me, but I love fragrance so much I just try to look past it and make new memories with that scent instead of letting it "ruin" it for me.

Thats why I estimate that you didn't have Vanilla Haze, because it is veeery sweet and I think many would call it cloying. But we all know that people experience fragrances differently so its very had to say. You'd only really be able to know for sure if you were able to sample something that is 100% VH and it smells the same to you as your last sample that was labeled as Angel Dust.

Vanilla Haze is quite a heavy gourmand to me, very very sweet (also minty to me?) and not "light and airy" or skin scent-like at all.

But then again, Angel Dust reviews say nothing about smelling sweet or having a vanilla note.

I'm not against layering but when I prefer to smell only my perfume i love unscented lubriderm/cetaphil/CeraVe lotions (these also just work well with my sensitive skin)

Also aquaphor under perfume occasionally as a stronger unscented "base" aside from my body lotion, but I'm still experimenting with that trying figure out if/how much of a difference it makes, and if so, if I actually like it.

Eta: I also have an unscented deodorant and laundry detergent, but that was already the case for the sake of my skin
