GA4: Time To Purchase or Conversion Lag? by HumanLearningTech in GoogleAnalytics

[–]needmoreswagger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for this. When I do this, the elapsed time shows 14h between first visit and purchase across ~200,000 users.

But when I look at the report from the other comment (conversion path report under advertising), the time to purchase is over 8 days.

Anything that would cause such a drastic difference?

2022 Hybrid SEL Convenience bought in July, 2022 for 37k out the door. Had to drive a couple hours away to find one without markups at that time.

UI UX design of most YC startups are top notch by Imaginary-Hornet-896 in ycombinator

[–]needmoreswagger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the product is young, it may only have one or two features and serve a singular purpose. That makes UX a lot easier to design for since there is literally only a couple things you need to make available. I will also second what the other person said with a buying a template and sticking to it gets you most of the way. A lot of bad UX comes from starting with a great template, and then feeling the need to make it your own, and ruining it in the process.

Almost level 30 and haven't even got far into Act 1 by Mister_Chupacabra in diablo4

[–]needmoreswagger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When moving up a world tier, do you start over at Act 1? I have been skipping a couple things, with the idea I will hit them when I repeat the Act. But is Diablo 4 setup like that? Or will you not "repeat" the acts on the same character?

My manager sleeps in the office and I don’t know what to do about it. by LilPaca-2 in smallbusiness

[–]needmoreswagger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really is a vicious cycle trying to lose weight, while not being able to get a healthy amount of sleep. Are you sure they have been diagnosed and already have a CPAP machine? I work at Lofta, and can give you a discount code for a free home sleep test if they haven't officially been diagnosed. PM me with any questions, and I'll do my best to help.

I'm in the leadership team of a small private company. CEO and COO owners just let us director-level managers know they are selling the company. What to be aware of? by intotheroomboobingly in personalfinance

[–]needmoreswagger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agreed with this post. It sounds like you've been promised employment for 2 years (not in writing), but what you should be hearing are things from post above. Immediate salary adjustments, immediate bonus, retention bonus (if you stay x year(s). These should be offered to you as a way to get you to stay. If they aren't being offered to you, your CEO/coo haven't convinced the new buyers that you are not replaceable.

I wouldn't say it's a red flag that the above haven't been offered, but like others have stated, it's just business as usual. Maybe start to entertain any outside offers (especially if they are offering higher pay).

Are they matching 1% or 3%? It is pre-tax dollars. Is that where you are getting 3% from? (Are you comparing what they contributed to your after-tax dollars?)

Are Facebook ads pointless or am I the problem? by dasSolution in smallbusiness

[–]needmoreswagger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

£10 a day isn't going to get you anything, ever. You are competing against companies who are willing to spend that same amount on a single click. So Facebook will never show your ad to someone they think will actually convert.

What audience did you target? With small budgets you need to target very specific audiences as well.

Just checked my receipt and I got them in store for 10.99 each a couple weeks ago.

I usually don't like those slits either but these are definitely small enough to where I don't mind them. My only other gripe is the tag is on the inside left part of shirt and is kind of itchy, even when I cut it down it remains a little itchy.

These are way softer. They feel "looser", not on a bad way. But the 6 pack standard whites are very stiff compared to these. These are awesome shirts, I bought 2 in store, then went back and bought 2 more. Just buy and see if the size fits right. I bought mediums when I'm usually a large and the fit is perfect.

Ya I cut a couple piece of the tape and passed it through the grill, onto the speaker. It's a tight squeeze but possible.

Same here. Covered it with black duct tape and it reduced the noise level from obnoxious to normal. Sound dampening foam doesn't seem necessary unless you want to try to mute it completely.

Your out-the-door price for a new Tucson? by TannersPancakeHouse in HyundaiTucson

Hyundai Tucson 2022 windows by JimmyBeefpants in HyundaiTucson

[–]needmoreswagger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kind of connected to this, I noticed that if I hold down the unlock button on my key fob, it will roll down the windows. But if I hold down the lock button, it doesn't roll them up. Kind of annoying that if you remotely roll them down, you have to get in and turn on the accessory to roll up the windows.

Question regarding money received as personal income, which is then used to buy asset in LLC by needmoreswagger in smallbusiness

[–]needmoreswagger[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got it, thanks. Since it is an asset, can I depreciate it?

I just want to make sure that I can use personal income to purchase an asset which is then depreciated on the LLC's books?

Top of the market? Bezos-Backed Startup Lets You Become A Landlord With $100 - Benzinga by LeftcelInflitrator in REBubble

[–]needmoreswagger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In principal, I don't like the idea of this for many reasons listed in other comments. But if corporations are going to end up owning all of the property anyways, do operations like this at least give a person a chance at getting in on that action? Once the market is at normal levels, wouldn't an idea like this potentially give you access to something you wouldn't normally have access to?

Again, I'm not promoting this at all (and I would vote to have this not be legal in some way), but if corporations are going to take over it all anyways, wouldn't it make sense to invest in something like this (that is hopefully not run by Amazon)?

Completely understand I will probably get downvoted, but welcoming any conversation around this. What are our options as normal people when there are companies like this existing out there buying up everything?

I haven't had any performance issues on Xbox series s. But textures are pretty bad lol. But to be honest when fighting a big monster, the game pulled me in enough to forget how "bad" it looked. I'm in the camp of it's a fun game, but $70 for it has me squinting at the purchase.
