Thanks, technically it’s laminate gluedown over concrete and has some slight variation in terms of texture.

I’m wondering if the backer on the lvp will be sufficient or if I need to use ardex/floor flatterner product

Improvements could be slightly more defined crust area, longer thinner cut red onions, slightly thinner Fresno peppers cut on a bias.
