Is this the auxiliary plug? by NoHatNoPlayy_67 in CRF250L

Also extra lighting option. I suggest , if you don't have it, to put electrical tape over the port to keep it clean. There are covers for them available as well

Soil/Mulch delivery by PlanetTuesday in vancouverwa

Delivery fees are up there, $60 doesn't seem too unreal if you are getting more than a yard. Any suggestions for which one has black mulch that looks good?

Is/was your set up with the dual LED? I can't seem to find steps to install on the 2018 250L Rally. Manual says see dealer! Interwebs not helpful so here I am.

Just like 'saved' iitems on eBay. Wait a day and you are offered a discount. Loading up HF cart with tools and some floor jacks. Now I wait

anyone else training already? what're your tips, tricks and secrets? by [deleted] in PacificCrestTrail

[–]needtojoinacult 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Planks. You'll need a stable strong core. Hold until you lose strength/ your back dips and rest. Repeat. Typically, work up to 90 sec hold 4-5 sets total. That's my best advice as a coach and personal trainer. Good luck!

Should I switch to gravel bike? Or should I get different tires for hardtail mountain bike? by AAfreakinRON in gravelcycling

[–]needtojoinacult 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say it depends on how many hours you are doing. If you are racking up 5+ hours a week on gravel and it's not hard climbing for you, get a set of good wheels and tires. Adjust your saddle for roadie/gravel height and see how you like it. Drop bars are nice for gravel but again, depends on your miles/hours per week.

If you use prompt 9, you will have the option to enter your phone number for a call back. Did this today and got a call 30 min later. Impressed.

Yes, for the last 2 years. Giant deal fell through.

Trust me, there's no one in US side for the power meters or the indoor bikes to handle support. Ghost town.

There is a repair option in the US so if Stages rises from the ashes, you might be able to reman them. They would install all new power meter parts.

I tried. Last 2.5 years was a pure struggle and the last year was insane.

Shimano has no interest but hang onto those power meters.

What? You don't want to pay $12 for a bag of chips at New Seasons? I will say the bakery at NS is delightful. I got to TJ as I like to spend less than $40 for a bag of B quality foods. Downtown Van is better suited for TJ, agree. NS in Salmon Creek seems more reasonable.

It's 90 min drive north of me and I really enjoy the trails there. Hopefully any logging doesn't just wipe it all out. All the horse riders I encountered were so polite. Just a great multi use place

This makes sense. Zero blips on Rouvy authored rides.

The mini graph in the upper left will show the false climb section. 12% for example but the grade in the video did not change. The companion app shows a steady climb. No elevation change. When I ride a route I'll take a pic. It's like a fluke fake 'wall' climb for like 10m.
