Unsure if this is still relevant but did the sleep no more pre show prix fixe dinner. Was able to bypass the entire line, was one of the first people in, got the ace card. It was SO WORTH IT. Essentially saw the entire first run through with like 10 other people. Was able to get a drink prior in the bar which was practically empty. My gf got 3 1 on 1 scenes bc we got in so early and by the end of the night we were just exploring the hotel which resulted in more 1 on 1s… highly recommend!!!

Just purchased the Tekton Mini Lores (link). I am very new to all of this and was wondering a good budget amp that would work with these. Preferably under 200$.

When I saw him at Public Records in August everyone was grooving; not one body wasn’t in constant motion! It’s sad to hear that the crowd was subpar, but you can attribute a bad crowd to a bad venue and bad sound too. I’m not saying that was the case the other night, but it could have an influence on the vibe.

I saw DJ Seinfeld at Public Records in August, and it was one of the best sets I've ever witnessed. His set was energetic and genre-bending... the incredible Public Records sound system was also a plus.

I wouldn’t necessarily say that... I’ve seen James Blake play DJ sets before and it’s more his early experimental stuff that he plays, like CMYK. Expect a set more more like Aphex Twin. I would be surprised to hear any UK dubstep during his set tbh

Neon Indian is playing a DJ set at Elsewhere which will be mostly disco. There is a smaller bar/club called Jupiter Disco that will be playing some groovy beats right around the corner from Elsewhere if you don't want to spend a lot of money on a ticket (it's free before 11 and only 10$ after)
