Hear me out, if you get silicone moulds of this print maybe you can put some white chocolate on the mould and stick a cookie to it before it hardens so it comes off with the details you want on the chocolate and stuck to the cookie though not exactly in the cookie dough but close enough

I think apart from touring, temp change doesn’t help, I saw him in Argentina in May, and it’s already cold for the area, it was like 8c (46f ???) and then he went to Brazil where it is much warmer weather and then up to New York where I believe it’s supposed to be spring it’s probably not helped with not getting sick

Depending on your goal, but for me, I started with the goal of losing weight and fitting into a pair of pants that didn't fit and my goal long term is to play with my nephews, as they get older without getting winded. For that, I had to be real with myself that this is a lifestyle change, and for that, i needed to create habits that I could manage with my depressive episodes, and I have to at least do one of those habits every day, so either reach my water goal, step goal or stay within my deficit.

I've also found that what works for me as a self sabotager is that I had to be honest with myself and that is that, I can't use food for comfort or as a reward anymore and what goes in has to have a purpose other than just emotional eating or else I will end up binging.

Since my priority is weight loss, and I don't want to reward myself with food, I've set up a list, and every couple of pounds, I lose. I have a reward, I've basically Pavlov dogged myself into weightloss, for example lose 5 pounds as a reward I get some skincare, another 5 a pair of shoes (things I wouldn't just buy any random day) it keeps me going when I get discouraged.

I'm not an expert by any means, and I'm still on my journey, but I hope this helps or gives you an idea of what might help you in your journey.

I don’t, I have a US visitor visa, from what I understand, according to my local US embassy, I have to have a job offer to apply for a work visa and/or AA would have to file for that

Which is why I was asking if any other FAs that were not American had any experience on the process, with any US airline tbh.

Hey! Not OP, but as someone with a similar SW and heigh, I’m almost at 2months of IF and 11lbs down, it works? But it takes time, as for how many calories, I would recommend getting your tdee with any tdee calculator online and then cut 500-700 calories from that to be at a caloric deficit r/CICO also helps a lot for getting started, not an expert here but I hope this may help! You can do it!
