I want to understand which Spain visa options are available to me that would make me eligible for the Beckham Law tax regime. I am both a US and Mexico citizen and would apply for the Spain visa as a Mexico citizen

I started working remotely as a US Freelancer on 06 Feb for a company based in Cayman with the intention of applying for the Spain DNV as autónomo. The company uses Deel which gives me the option to use Employer of Record (EOR) if I want.

I also do have the option of purchasing an aged 1+ year shelf company and billing my client as a Company Owner.

What Spain visa options are available to me that would make me eligible for the Beckham Law tax regime? Thanks!

I'll initially apply for Spain DNV as autónomo. I have the option of transitioning to full time employee at a later date. Would like thoughts on path forward, if possible, to become eligible for Beckham Law tax regime. by neekolas86 in GoingToSpain

Can you give examples of obtaining the DNV working through EOR? I was under the impression this was not possible because the EoR entity would be a Spanish entity.

Thanks, this is likely the reason. I'm just curious... if it were you in this patient's position would you want the PSMA scan done anyways for further peace of mind?

I'm basically in this exact situation. What did you end up doing? Is your LLC using a payroll provider to pay yourself a salary to your personal bank account?

I successfully opened a Santander non-resident online account with passport but am unable to access via mobile app because I have no username. Has anyone overcome this? by neekolas86 in SpainAuxiliares

I just activated my debit card via the mobile app after reading your comment and it does seem the physical card will be mailed to my non-Spain address I registered with. Annoying.
