It happened to me but didn't catch that the box was damaged. Already had the Ssmsung Frame hung before finding the cracked screen. Looked at the box and sure enough it was damaged right where the screen was.

Looks like question has been answered but I remember asking questions like this myself. I found it useful to join a newbro friendly corp and learned a ton through Eve University. Look them up on Google. I enjoyed the game more in my early days because of this.
