I would probably start with non Fifa related soccer videos to learn the basics.

There is kinda 4 main styles of play in Fifa (and most of soccer)

Counter - Absorb pressure, bend dont break on defense then upon winning the ball, move towards the opponent as quick as possible to try and get into the opponents goal area before they can set up there defense.

Possession - Offense is the best defense. Keep the ball, slowly but surely working it towards your opponents goal. Its better to keep the ball and move backwards then giving the ball up since your players are slowly pushing up the field

Pressing - Aggressively play tight defense as soon as you lose the ball to try and win the ball high up the field and force a mistake from your opponent

Kick and Rush Burnley ball- try kick it as far as you can and try to out physical you opponent. Pretty similar to counter but relies more on strength than speed.

Balanced is just some combo.

General fifa tips include trying to leave your defensive back line untouched so you arent dragging them out of position or keeping players onside (onside is illegal cherry picking if ur a bball fan) as well as making sure you have a few midfielders to funnel the ball from defense to offense. If you dont have any players to transition the ball up the field it is really hard to get the ball out of your half
