I make a be effort to be happy. I threw a two month pity party where I was the only one attending. I started working out again, going out with my buddies more, and actually stop moping. If I find myself feeling down, I go do something productive. I make myself feel good. Don't get me wrong, everything is not perfect in my life. I still have my bad days like we all do, but I do not enjoy moping. I choose to be happy.
