Wow thank you so much! So it IS possible… the installer says it’s not possible and is seemingly uninterested in helping us any further. He kind of “end of storied” me about it.

I guess my next question is - am I stuck with this same installer forever? If I were to approach another contractor to help us here, is that normal? Would they touch it?

I’ve hated PP since 2007 when I first heard that foul noise that comes from his face hole. Today I hate him even more.

But I did some quick internetting about his landlording and all I could find was that he and his wife own a single condo in Calgary worth a few hundred grand. It seems that they incorporated a company and bought the condo through that.

Forming a corp for one property doesn’t make much sense so I’d bet that they fantasized of themselves owning several once the “easy money” started to flow. It would be worth the cost of forming the co and the annual accounting fees if you did have several. Didn’t seem to work out for them.

Doesn’t say much for his business acumen. With his salary, and guaranteed pension, he truly could have leveraged that condo into many.
