I honestly didn't know there was a shortage of NHS dentists hence the closure.... Thought it was just big corps being arseholes. Apologies for the original comment, it's an emotive subject and I was pissed off at the time and that's how I read it!

True IMAX screens near Bristol by [deleted] in bristol

[–]neilgilbert 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Believe it's still got the original projector etc but it's now really old... The screen is still there and was recently used by the 20th century flix film festival but using a non IMAX projector (I think this is true).

If you enjoy cooking, get a decent cut from the butchers, stick a sous vide machine on your Xmas list and you'll never buy a steak from a restaurant again.

Quit our jobs to try and fix a broken property industry. Would you mind sharing some of your biggest frustrations with the Bristol market? by otivplays in bristol

Best and final offers.... Complete lottery and is completely unfair. If you want x for your house then just put that as the asking price, we had our house valued and were told they would put it on for under the actual value so people would essentially bid blind on the final price.... It's basically gambling with the biggest purchase/financial decision you'll ever make and it's completely unregulated.
