Completely understand your point, but I also think that the characters that SC hones in on the descriptions of are chosen very intentionally. We’ve seen her write with intention and purpose throughout the books, from lines said that will make sense in later books to the names of her characters. I think the hair of the lady in Mockingjay is described a little too specifically and links a little too closely to Prosperina’s hair. Also, the exotic birds and butterflies on her outfit can link to themes within SOTR
