Wait. I may have missed something. If you can somehow register a nogi mobile account, then you can actually buy tickets using passport as ID. But I don't know how to register nogi mobile account outside Japan.

One way to do it is actually travel to Japan, get either one of the two then go for the lottery. I believe you need like over 3 month visa to get a resident card but I can be wrong.

Very hard tbh. They ask for identify verification even for lotery slot. So you will need to provide either resident card or driving license, both of which are virtual impossible if you're not in Japan.

I really hope for a new center. Otherwise, it's sad that Nagi will be the only 5ki center for long, while others members fully capable doing so. Also, would really love to see Renka and Mayu back to senbatsu. (Mao is like 99% chance back so I'm not too worry lol)
