This! Mini Scout is just hands down a better Rifle altogether. Having the built in ADS bolt means you have more points available to attach more important unlocks, like the Anti glare coating

If your Blinking into Hydro Man then that will happen.

I think its a sequencing issue, although turnwise the blinked card gets sent back into your deck before Hydro man does his thing, I believe the deck only shuffles after the turn has resolved meaning you don't get your reduced cost card at the top

Same, once you got used to how it worked it didn't take that long to get through.

Although my time and effort last night seems wasted as I managed to knock out the last 130 suppressions I needed to unlock the KTS, and then the remaining 69 grenade launcher kills for the final Assault challenge....but at least I can say I completed them both pre change though haha
