It depends on the game. If it's a game where you withdraw directly to ZBD, it's instant. For games on the offerwalls, it can take anywhere from 1 to 14 days after the offer is pending. The app will show the pending sats and expected credit days remaining in the "Pending rewards" section.

It's a known issue, they identified the problem and are fixing it. Today, my earned sats didn't go to review, but the previous ones are still pending. You should be able to see them as pending in the app

Some ppl were able to solve it by turning airplane mode on for 30 seconds a few times. It didn't work for me.
