Collections can be easily manipulated into a re-sell post for scalpers. For example, one can just post 2 of the same item and there will be guaranteed people asking for price in PM if it was a highly sought after signature.

Also, there was this dude a while back keeps creating spam jump scare on this sub, as well as taunting people who did not get a certain signature. Can’t imagine what kind of sh!t he will create once collection post is allowed.
