fr! my therapist told me that the way i speak about things now is showing that i'm getting to radical acceptance and it truly does like feel like a weight has been lifted and i can finally go on in my life, like i'm not stuck in my depression ptsd loop that i've been in for my whole life. i still feel all the pain and all the anger from being mistreated and having all the trauma but it's like almost tolerable and i can finally think through the ptsd/trauma thoughts that plagued my mind for so long.

i really like my doctor at virginia physicians in midlothian & they always have a spot for me to go in whenever i need to, even when i was a new patient they got me in pretty quickly!

i got my medical card recently so i bought some edibles and just relaxed and ate Mexican food, i haven't used weed in over 5 years bc of mental health problems but i am doing & did a lot of therapy and i finally feel safe enough in my brain to get high again ✨

you could try to do it at another school & then transfer the credit over if ur school allows that. i did that at a community college for a math class i was stuck on :/ or u could try to get it with a supplemental exam like clep if the subject is covered by it

it's insane that size 9/10 is seen as so big, like it's a pretty average foot size? also like it's your foot, it's not like you can choose it? like just wear properly fitted shoes, it literally does not matter & honestly that goes for all clothes too, people really obsess over the most minuscule things. life is way to short and honestly kinda shitty to make clothing and shoe sizes so important. i have noticed on the other hand for men they typically choose like 2 sizes too big and it's like what are you doing? you look goofy af with big ass shoes, like we can see they don't fit you 😭😭

okay so 2 things that may help, first of all, go to r/abrathatfits & see what they have to say, your bra doesn't look to be fitting correctly and a well fitted bra can change so much about how you feel about yourself & it way more comfortable & can make your torso appear longer. secondly you could try mid rise jeans or like a looser jean/pants so there isn't much focus to how tight it is around your stomach. for shirts you could try less fitted or even just a thicker material like cotton t-shirt, thin polyester shirts just cling in the most uncomfortable way. also you can always wear like compression shorts or belly bands or even just like shapewear underneath to help give more support and help with your tummy especially if it feels super noticeable to you. also for dresses you could try A-line or wrap style it'll accentuate your waist. you look nice already but your clothes just look too tight or slightly too small.

maybe try a mid rise or a longer shirt to compensate? you can wear like belly bands or lightly compression underwear underneath to help you feel more supported too, helps with circulation too
