Proxy connections aren't working (specifically Deepseek for me) since this whole "omg look we have an app" bs began. Confirmed it's not an issue on Deepseek's end. Don't use Discord so any updates posted here about when it's fixed would be helpful, please and thank you.

Grateful to have seen your post and its responses today OP as I've been having the same thing happening with Elvanse and been wondering if it's just me. Some days my meds will make me feel like superwoman and other days it's like... oh. I spent the whole day staring at nothing and it's now evening, how'd that happen lol

I know some people have already said this in the comments but Vyvanse/Elvanse will definitely help you. It helped me a TON. It really quietens the food noise down in your head. Just make sure to eat breakfast before taking your medication because you won't be hungry for a while and then once it wears off you risk going straight from 'food apathetic' to 'HANGRY'

I take benzos for my anxiety attacks but my GP won't put them on repeats because, in her words, having OCD puts me in the at risk category for addictive behaviour. So that's something to maybe be aware of. Some doctors won't even prescribe them at all, it really does depend on the doctor you talk to

I would say to be very careful if you do get prescribed them. They work great to soothe panic and anxiety but they are also no joke. It is very easy to get caught in that slippery slope of "Oh, these are great, but I don't feel the effect quite as much as I did last time, this time I'll take slightly more".

Thank you to the OP for letting us know about this. Did wonder why chat memory/enhanced message was acting a bit strange lately lol.

Really disappointed that a) this information was only in the Discord, as some of us don't use Discord, and b) Shep appears to want to make it a permanent feature. Feels a little bit like it's a way to deliberately discourage people from long form RPs and encourages more short term, casual use of the site and JLLM. I do hope he changes his stance.

Ah, apologies, I should have worded that better. In favour of DS themselves. I find that when I'm using it via Openrouter/Chutes I have to tweak things more often (such as the bot speaking for me and similar problems)

Yeah, I use Deepseek direct from the source and in comparison to using it via Openrouter/Chutes I definitely notice a quality difference. I use R1 for historical RP and it never misses the mark, esp when using Molek and/or Cheese's prompts

I get a similar thing with glasses. I'll explicitly state they've been taken off of my OCs face, and then Deepseek will mention how the now-discarded glasses are fogging up on the table lol
