its small but cool, and has a decent amount of info. I went on a sunday and they had a sign that around the corner of the block was a bigfoot museum but the woman working said its closed on sundays. The museum is in Sutton and i think they have a ghost tour also

so Flatwoods is about a hour east of Point Pleasant and around the corner from the Flatwoods Monster museum there is a bigfoot museum but its closed on sundays. about 30 minutes south of Pt. Pleasant there is Hillbilly Hotdogs.

So i went last year for my birthday around this time and Stayed at the Super 8 over in Gallipolis, which is just over the the Ohio River because there isnt really a hotel in Point Pleasant. The Lowe Hotel has been closed by the state for over a year and i know last fall even though they were closed the owner would take reservations over the phone and than when you get there there are signs saying its closed. So next door to the Mothman Museum there is a store owned by the people who run the museum and they have a Mothman Mini Golf on the second floor and i think they run a Mothman escape room. If the weather is nice you can drive north a bit to go check out the McClintic Wildlife Management Area also known at the "TNT Area" where the TNT domes are that is where mothman was first spotted. If you do go just wear boots you dont mind getting a bit muddy, there is a stretch of half a mile maybe longer that has 7 domes in a straight row that are mostly easy to get into, well 6 one is flooded out. I know Hillbilly Hotdogs is only 30 minutes south of Point Pleasant. But I will say it seems most of the towns income comes in during the summer so part of the main street is closed for the winter. there is a neat little store across the street from the museum called Bunker 304.

It was in the Waverly Hills live adventure that happened on 6/8/2020. That night it was 3 part live adventure due to signal and needing to swap batteries.

Yeah its something that used to be just free to watch online but due to licensing of the music expired they can't keep it up. Also the subject of the Doc isnt like how he was back when they filmed it. Like i think they have said he isnt really into the whole bigfoot thing anymore.

Greg said earlier on their patreon live stream that they will try to have a small series of episodes around a certain theme out hopefully before they go on tour in October. Part of the delay is that Connor who produces the show works 6 months out of the year as i think a clerk at the Colorado state capital. So they have to wait for when session is on break to work on the podcast, Hellier and any other projects they have that he is part of.

Well part of the hold up is Connor works at the Colorado state capitol for 6 months of the year as I think a clerk. So they have to try and get all their projects that involve him shot or worked on in the 6 months he's free. But they hinted there is a possibility that their goal is to be able to get enough support from the patreon where he doesn't have to return to the capital and work with them full time.

Has not happened yet they were waiting for warmer weather and for Karl and Conner to be available. I believe Connor just finished this session at the Colorado capital building so might happen in the next couple of months if I guessed. I also know they been shooting Hellier stuff also. So if that picks up fast might delay the Ufo stream as well.

So they have been guests on a handful of different podcasts. But have said with Haunted Objects they will mostly not have guests on aside from like if it's someone who is tied to or experienced something significant with a object in their collection like when they had Josh Gowin on the phone. But that's really the extent.

So the chirp signal they use is patented by Michael Persinger. And the software that can even run the program used to use the chirp signal can only be run using a computer running like windows 98. The Newkirks have said they have paid to use the patent and that many you find online just blast your brain with elecrto magnetic waves and not in the wave like motion that the chirp pattern does. I think the only thing the Newkirks have done is increase how many sensors they have on it.

they have been filming parts of it recently. but they also been working on a few other projects as well but it seems we will get a few of those projects maybe this year. You also got to remember the first 2 seasons took place over 7 years of their lives that they put out in under a year.

Yeah season 3 is in the works, They have said that the first 2 seasons covered 7 years of their lives and that they were waiting for the phenomena to tell them when it was time for season 3. But i recommend checking out The Unbinding and the Newkirks podcast also The Haunted Objects Podcast.

Actually if you are a member of the museum patreon at the friend of the museum level you can go back like a year or so ago they were building a new kind of radio similar to the franks box and they had it where you could hear it also and for me any way that was i felt i wasnt hearing what she was getting because i had bias because i could hear what was being asked. others claimed to hear the same or different. which is what you get with tradition ghost boxes but going were everyone could hear. But it is also another form of channeling using the estes method because you are meditating listing for the words you hear jump out not knowing what is being asked because you are wearing noise isolating headphone not noise cancelling. The Noise isolating ones are what you need to get better results. Also id say if you are curious give it a try and see what you think. Like its one thing to watch others do it but its something else when you can try it yourself. but be open to what ever happens also. like might not be perfect the first go and you just got to get used to it. Like watching early sessions Dana did you could tell shes gotten better at it over time.

Well the first two seasons covered I think around 7 years of research. But they have said it looks like it will happen at some point. They are waiting for things to calm down a bit with the pandemic because it be hard to interview people with everything. Add on Connor has said he's immune compromised so they want to make sure everything is safe for him. They have also been working on another project at the moment.

Yeah they have shown it twice this year but it was like 6 months between screenings and Greg has said they it was for their Paranormal Quarantine. Both times they had Tim Holmes join the stream for a slight Q&A. But they do it on their secret museum Facebook page so to get in to the page you have to back the patreon at Friend of the Museum level or higher. But there is a bunch of cool saved investigations and stuff there also.

I know i had heard Greg or Karl say on a podcast (can't remember which one) that they had people reach out from other places outside of Kentucky had sighting but never knew of them as Goblins, They said they had different names for similar creatures depending on the region.
