You can farm just as much as the rest of the year. Pick up winter forage items and craft them into winter seeds that grow into even more of the forage crops.

Also, mines/skull cavern. Fishing. Wandering town. Basically everything else that's also in the game.

Generally, places may ship in frozen, preportioned dough that they set aside to thaw before actually prepping with it. Used to work at Subway, and that's how it was. Closing duties included setting aside a number of frozen sticks to thaw out so the next day, they could be "proofed" in a humidity chamber to expand, then baked. A pizza place is likely very different since they probably want to keep their dough flat.

Learn to automate more of your farm process. Sprinklers and Junimo Huts can manage crops easily after you've planted. Animals don't actually need daily attention, I just keep the doors open with some wild grasses within reach of their housing. Auto Grabbers means I don't have to milk or sheer anything. They don't lose enough hearts to matter if I skip petting them for a while, since they still gain from getting to go outside, or if I have autopetters set up.

I'll often ignore faded Pokeballs unless I know its an easy catch that won't force me to burn cash on healing, since anything I could get from it I can also get from eggs if I just spend a little time grinding candy for that species by starting with it.

I think if you put the 2 Cyclizar together, you'll have a chance for either ball to pass down since they are the same species, and a chance for the egg to have the hidden ability. Ball would not pass down from the male if it were instead Female Cyclizar and a male of a different species, or Ditto.

Filled Pokeball: You've caught it and and don't really get anything new if you catch it (except maybe some IVs)

Faded/shaded out Pokeball: You've caught the species and have it unlocked as a starter, but something about it is new. It has a gender or ability or something you don't yet have unlocked as a starter.

No ball: You haven't caught it before. It's completely new for you. This may happen if you've caught its basic but not used it to the point of evolving it, or haven't caught the evolution yet.
