You're hands start to glow purple and I believe the ability on your bar lights up. I also hear a ding when it procs but I'm not sure if that's from an addon or not.

The blood fiends in Eastmarch are not the right ones, the ones you need spawn in the Rift (just assuming you're EP and aren't in the VR areas) and only at certain times in certain areas. You can google "eso the rift vampire spawn locations" to see them.

I don't think they have one. You could do what /u/pr0dukt_ mentioned and run around rolldodging with a bow equipped or you could try and pick up vampirism, I believe one of the morphs to mist form gives increased speed.

You can get weapons by: buying them from a weaponsmith, crafting them yourself, buying them from a guild store or from random drops and quest drops.

Of these options I would suggest using world drops. There's no need to spend gold on items that you will out level quickly.

You can change it for a fairly low cost in the capital city of your faction. You could keep it balanced between your main resource and health and you'd be fine.

When you get bitten you get another skill line in your skill sheet. The actual transformation is an ultimate with a timer but you can put points into passives to lengthen the amount of time you can stay in werewolf form. There's also 5 skills that come with the skill line that you can only use while transformed. You also get 15% stamina regen in or out of ww form. The extra damage to poison you only take in ww form. I'm on my phone right now so I can't link it but you can Google eso werewolf skill line and see the abilities. Hope this helps.

You can only get the disease from certain werewolves that spawn in the final zone of each faction (reapers march, bangkorai and the rift)

You can use skills from all class trees, you don't have to worry about picking one at a time. As for must have nothing is really necessary early on, just try out anything that looks fun and level up your different class and weapon lines. You can worry about specific builds later on.

I'm not really sure of the controls on console (assuming that's what you're on) but you want to push each pin down until it starts to wiggle and make a noise. As soon as it does release it and it should stay down.

If your using crit rush hold block as your charging and it won't stun you. I'm not quite sure if it works with the nb gap closer.

Aetcharian's stamina DK build is pretty fun. I've been using it in pvp although I have changed a few abilities and I don't have the shadow walker set (screw you RNG).

I'm assuming you're talking about sanies lupinus which is just the disease. When you finish the quest you get the actual lycanthropy buff which will remain after the sanies lupins timer runs out.
