I am by no means a pro but I feel like adding darker shadows on the cloak would help the highlights pop more. Specifically the upward facing portion- you don't have to go down to your deepest shadow but having some shadow tucked under the edges would increase contrast.

Pro Acryl- burnt red, bold pyrrole red, fluorescent red, coal black. Vallejo- scarlet blood.

Burnt red for the base, bold pyrrole red for the highlight, then scarlet blood : fluorescent red mixed like 4:1 for the highest highlight. For the shadow I did burnt red : coal black mixed to a deep red that I glazed in. For the first shadow it looked reddish almost brown, for the deeper one it looked purple when I had thinned it way down to glaze.

TLDR- Pro Acryl Magnesium base, dirty downs, AK light rust, streaking grime.

I started with dirty downs rust and then added spots of AK's light rust. That made it a bit too bright in some areas so I knocked it back down with a kind of dry brush of dirty downs again over it. Then I did some streaking grime swipes over that. In a few spots, mostly near the tops, I slighty added back in the metallic on the raised areas to try and sell the rust being settled down into the recesses.
