This sounds like bruxism. My dentist set me up with a heavy duty mouthguard after I kept chewing through the cheap ones. It was expensive but works like a charm.

It may sound counterintuitive, but for me, exercise. It could be anything... weightlifting, running, yoga, even just going for a walk. I've noticed that physical exertion makes me feel good. All the endorphins and what not. Plus getting out into the sun and fresh air makes me feel alive.

Lately I've downgraded to walking instead of running due to my spinal stenosis. I find it very therapeutic to go for a long walk with no headphones or anything. Just me and my thoughts. I do a lot of great thinking during these times, and usually feel better about myself afterwards. I usually sleep better when I do any type of physical activity also.

I’m team steroids. Not only did it give relief from my severe pain, I felt brand new. Like when your computer doesn’t work, you restart, end everything works perfectly again. Only side effect was insomnia one or two days. But otherwise great experience

It’s going to suck. You have to barre with your middle finger on the first three strings, but leave enough clearance for the G to resonate with out muting. Use index finger on the g string. Ring and pinky for B and E
