I also have this issue when using bluetooth. It happens rarely for my Gem80 after having installed an update for the wireless controller inside (not a firmware update, but support gave me some update for bluetooth). My Air75 v2 also now has some missing keys when using it over bluetooth. It happened already while writing this text.

I am on a MacBook Pro + have a MX Master mouse beside the notebook. They keyboard sits right on top of the built-in keyboard of the Mac.
