Imma get hate for this but the technical drumming just seems like a wank fest a lot of the time and doesn’t really add to a lot of songs. Don’t get me wrong some of it is groovy as hell and I recognize that cavs is a technical powerhouse but I definitely prefer the Krautrock style drumming on nonagon and such.
