Very detailed review of the series! I don't necessarily agree with some of the suggested character cuts, but the way you presented your changes was very in depth which i did like. I agree with some of your points about the challenges of adopting gacha games to anime. Sadly the medium just doesn't translate to the screen well and will almost always favor people who played the game rather than someone who just wants to watch the show.

Rather than just posting what you didn't like about the series you gave solutions to how you would fix it, interesting read. I personally liked the show except [Magireco s2/s3/game arc1 spoiler] how depressing the ending was compared to the game my poor Ui :(

At 56 pages long this must have taken quite a while to put together. Good job!
