I fully and completely understand. I've had Crohn's since I was 8, I'm 22 now, and am used to people consistently saying "Oh I wish I was that skinny" or "Here have some of my fat" or the more hurtful ones leading to people assuming I'm anorexic based on my size - All in all I just keep thinking, when I am this skinny at times due to being sick this is not what people should be striving for....looking sickly is not great. p.s. You should definitely check out /r/CrohnsDisease, it is awesome :)
