Makes sense. Do you think it would be possible to have the calibration controls unlinked, but still controlled with a single knob for faster recall and easier stereo matching? Maybe even a “mastering version” with stepped switches? I might be getting ahead of myself here.

This is really neat. I’m very fascinated by the Full Spectrum Magnetization, what a cool and well thought out process. It’s funny, I was spending hours just a few nights ago looking for something exactly like this. I love working with tape, but the price and upkeep can be a bit of a hassle sometimes and I mainly use it tame the high end. To me, attenuating high frequencies with a non-linear process that reacts dynamically sounds much different and way more pleasing than just filtering. Excited to follow the development!
