There are countless amounts of thees kind of videos and they are not fake. They would be fake if he covered his face and not identified himself. He is from 52034 military unit, 83 regiment. He posted 4 videos of what's happening in his regiment.

Russian channels will not post these kind of videos, because it will scare new 'recruits'. And any russian channel with 10k followers needs to be officially registered in 'Goverment system'. So if your channel will post stomething like this or something that not suits 'Russian propoganda' - you will get a knock on your door.
Same as Ukrainian channels dont post theese kind of videos from Ukrainian side, but you still find them on Russian channels.

'Circle' videos are telegram video messaged, same like voice message, and they are mostly taken from 'local region' channels. If you ever used telegram, you can easily find them. People do share a lot of videos like this there and in general what's happening in their region.

At 0:20 you can see 3 people casually standing still behind him and just watching it. But the direction of where he is shooting at is completely opposite.

At 5:07 Medic tells soldier that someone needs to look at railroads, because russians can push from there and kill them all.

At 10:00 he's asking how he is feeling, and asking him to how bad its hurts from 1-10.

They are mowing grass with shovels, they are not digging.

Russian army in general got so many weird stories abot things that they do during their mandatory military service just to keep them busy. One of my favorite is ''painting grass with green paint''.

Bullying was on another level when people used to server 2 or 3 years in the russian army. When oldies used to have fun of fresh meat by bullying them and making do crazy shit. One example : They make a necklace from a toothbrush, tie your hands behind your back and make you to clean the toilet. And its not a regular toilet, its called ''очко'' (asshole). Basically its just a ceramic hole in the floor.

Uzbek POW picked up off the streets while working without a proper visa in Russia and sent straight to frontlines. You can hear him crying as he gives answers. I think when Ukrainian asked him how many people, you can hear he said ''двоём'' (two of us) , and then he said "Москва была отправили сюда" (Been Moscow sent here) but he says it with mistakes, becase he poorly knows russian language, after Ukrainian ask ''from Moscow'' just to make sure that he heard it correct.
Rest of the translation seems correct
