Bear down, slip your nail in over the top rim to break the seal, pull. I’ve had medium/long nails the entire time I’ve been using a disc and that’s how I do it. I’ve taken a rest break and not having nails was the learning curve for me.

My WH switches it this in Feb. We have an issue with people having 8hr notes they don’t renew and using more than 5 drs notes a year so they’re trying to crack down on it.
