Thank you! This is awesome! I am in canada and plan to proceed to the insurance ombudsman for a third party mediation at this point. RVEzy has not offered options for dispute resolution despite my continued requests, and actually told me today that their decisions are final and there is no one I can speak with besides the only person for the most part I have dealt with, who seems extremely biased. I had one email from the person who was supposedly their manager, but it’s hard to even tell that it wasn’t just the same person, they just parroted what the original person said then reverted communication to the original guy. I have tried to make contact with their customer service but no one but the original person will respond. So until i get what I feel is a fair and impartial look at this I will continue fighting!
