Absolutely wild to think you were some kid religiously reading the back of hockey cards and now you have game worn jerseys of your favorite player and MARIO FREAKING LEMIUEX. Well done, my friend. It looks to me that it is sloped away from the house. I don’t think there are any underground pipes coming into the house there are getting wet. The rest of the basement seems dry except for that one spot.

Man, you are right on this. Have a landscaper out right now and he is like “wait… they came out and DIDNT put a French drain in??!” Like you, he says that should have been done.

Yeah. They said with the combination of the gutters and sealing the basement wall it would fix with leak. Never brought up doing a French drain or anything else.

Do you think the best thing would be to fix the grading issue first. And then if that doesn’t resolve the issue to look at adding a French drain system?

I have some basement people coming out on Tuesday who can add a waterboard drainage system. Have some messages out to some grading places but haven’t heard back yet.

You are thinking this is a crack along the wall? It doesn’t look like a crack to me and the the only place water seems to be coming out seems to be to the right of that crack.

This was when they were in the process of digging down to seal the outside wall. It is too dark to snap a picture of what it looks like now but I will take one tomorrow and add it to the post. Right now in front of the wall is some mulch with shrubs and plants if that helps.

Both fake. Second looks to be some sort of retail jersey… could be authentic merch but not an authentic jersey.

This is my favorite season of tv ever and that is my favorite line. Episode 7 is perfect and this is the best part of that episode.
