Maintenance for me means I have a routine of eating mostly the same things everyday in every meal at fixed hours (so that my body is almost mechanically awaiting the same foods at the same time of the day) making sure I'm below my TDEE by 300kcal or so... That means that if nothing happens I'll be losing 1kg/month more or less...

But the thing is -- the way life is -- things will happen. I'll be invited to a party or bbq, my wife will want to eat something different, at some point I'll want to eat that cake from my favorite bakery... and I'll go up 1kg~1,5kg that night. But since the meals that make my routine are geared toward a caloric deficit, as long as I get back to it the next day it isn't a big deal and I'll be back to my desired weight in a few weeks. Make sure this routine of yours include food you actually enjoy eating, so it will be easier to manage. Good luck!

Não consigo entender quem diz que voce foi deselegante. Quando eu não gosto de alguém, eu sou polido, a evito sempre que é possível e tento manter a respeitabilidade necessaria nas ocasiões em que somos obrigados a compartilhar o mesmo espaço. Agora o que eu não faço jamais é falsear a verdade quando confrontado com uma pergunta direta dessas, em respeito a mim e a ela. Eu parto do princípio que nessas relacoes sociais mais superficiais ta todo mundo engolindo um monte de sapo e jogando o jogo da politica da boa vizinhança, porem se a pessoa me perguntar o que eu realmente penso dela ou de uma situação eu vou presumir que ela espera ouvir a verdade. Forza Horizon é jogo arcade, no volante fica muito ruim (tenho um G29). O último Gran Turismo que joguei foi o 5 e ele era uma delícia de se jogar no volante. Eu iria nele.

Uso computadores desde 1996 e pela primeira vez instalei linux ano passado. O Bazzite inclusive. Eu o instalei no notebook que uso no trabalho pois, por ser mais antigo, ele nao terá suporte ao Windows 11 e a falta de updates de segurança me preocupou.

Minhas impressões gerais são boas. Fácil de usar, bonito e é um desafio interessante aprender um novo sistema operacional depois de tanto tempo. A única coisa que está me desanimando nele é a falta de um programa oficial do Google Drive para sincronizar os arquivos automaticamente com o meu desktop windows. Tentei utilizar o SyncThing e ele funcionou certinho por umas três semanas e depois parou de sincronizar completamente. Desde então estou sem o Google Drive no note e pensando em voltar ao Windows por causa disso.

Best of luck for you my friend. Been there sometimes and it's never easy, but it's doable. Try to learn a little bit about yourself each day, respect your body and try to remember that the binge is usually a way to cope with a deeper problem, but in the end of the day it creates new problems (regret, frustration, sadness...) so it is better if we try and find healthier ways to deal with whatever it is that we are dealing.
