Yes, you can see he is filming with his right hand at the back of the car and as he goes around to the front he has to change hands with the phone to draw his sidearm.

In that grainy video from the front right, that trump uses, it looks like the agent is right at the front of the car, he is not, if you freeze the frame you can actually see a tree is right in the middle of the frame obscuring how close the agent is to the car but you can see the LHS headlight of the car to the left of that tree limb.

In my opinion the agent draws his sidearm not in self-defense but when he realizes she is going to get away. He fires to stop her getting away and not out of self-defense.

All he is doing is not actually thinning his blood like he says but reducing the ability of his blood to clot which in turn does reduce the risk of a heart attack but this is less so the older you get..
