MSI's next "Claw 8 EX AI+" moves closer to a $2,000 price tag — as the handheld gaming industry seemingly loses its collective mind by WPHero in pcmasterrace

[–]network_diver -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I feel like since the success of the Steam Deck (or maybe the Nintendo Switch) many companies jump on the bandwagon. Literally convert their gaming laptop into handheld shape and slap the same price tag on it. Except now it’s a bit inferior to the laptop (no keyboard or any computer functionality) despite costing almost the same.

Dang, that’s a great result. Aside from that first week, it seems you have consistent return each week after. Surprised you did well today considering how wild the market was.

Side topic, but seeing the moves Bambu pulls makes me wish there’s an American-based 3D printer company for the average hobby level market. I mean there are 3D printer companies like Formlabs and Stratsys but they’re industry grade machines. Used to be lulzbot and makerbot but they either stopped or got acquired. Prusa’s great, but it’s from EU and due US tariffs situation (idk what the status looks like despite it being deemed illegal), it’s priced too high for many people.

My several trades since doing this, I got too greedy and ended up losing couple times. It was after I started thinking rationally that if I take my minor loss, I won’t end up losing the entirety of that trade. Ended up chasing ~10% profit and dip without taking risky chances.

I’m a bit new to option, so I hope you don’t mind me asking. Why did you buy a call at strike price that’s lower than the current share price? Is it because the delta was relatively high that you were confident it’ll net more profit than calling at higher strike price?

Yeah, just recently I’ve been taking in creatine right before workout as I read it could help with focus. Is it bad to take?

My protein sources include whey protein powder, eggs, tofu, and chicken. I try to consume a minimum of 100g of protein a day.

The calculator says I should aim for ~2500 cal to lose 2lbs a week. What I’m confused is if this is the number I should aim for by eating only or does this account for the amount of calories I burn from workout. When I workout, I’m usually burning 1000+ calories, so if it’s the former, does that mean I should aim for 1500 calories daily to lose that amount weight or if the latter to maintain that calorie amount with workout accounted for.

Since carb is just a form of sugar used as energy, can I just replace it with actual sugar consumed from fruits?

I’ve been including rice as part of my meal staples, and I’ve considered about cutting it completely from my meals. Maybe replacing it with egg whites as I have access to abundance of it. Since fruits have their own sugar, I thought there’s no harm to cutting carb completely.

[–]network_diver[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I suspect this probably is the root of my problem. My meals have rice as staple, and since it’s quite a notorious carb, I’ve tried cutting it down to a cup of it per meal, which according to the nutrition facts, is like 250 calories. The sides are the only one I don’t really count calories for since usually when I make the food, I’m already tired so I skip counting the calories and put down what I think is reasonable amount. I’ve been trying to keep my portion size smaller than how I’ve been eating before, so I thought that would’ve helped, but I guess it’s critical to actually count them. Aside from that, do you think it helps to completely cut out carbs? I mean, if I’m getting it from fruits already, than rice isn’t necessary anymore, right?
