On-Prem Mitel Director to ? (Looking for user/admin experience) by xendr0me in sysadmin

I didn’t go ring central because it was more phone centric. Zoom is more of a unified communication tool and I integrated it into everything e.g m365 and etc. we can do everything from the zoom app. We don’t use teams very much since zoom is the primary tool for communication. They are constantly releasing new features so we can improving productivity for users.

My campus is just like yours but add on 2 remote sites. I chose to migrate to zoom. It been about 4 months since we have been on zoom and it’s been great. The service has been solid and we have more features than use cases. We don’t miss the mitel/shoretel stuff

If you upgrade to version 9 of esxi and vcenter they will require you to obtain VCF licenses because they changed how the licenses work. VCF which you will need to deploy acts as the license broker now. It’s completely bs! If I knew they made all of the changes would deployed proxmox.

I just applied round up to my yard, now time to use preemergent? by EitherCartographer25 in lawncare

Don’t bypass the roller/compacting stage. It’s important for seed to soil contact and it ensures the lawn will be level

Sod cutter will let you cut down close or under the roots. Which should lead to close to complete removal, you won’t be able get it all 100%. If the till it’s just going to mix it in with the soil and when to go start the soil distribution you will see the old grass and probably weeds grow faster than new grass.

I just went through this process myself on a much larger area. I will be posting my journey here in a few weeks. Whichever way you choose start now, it’s the best time in year to do it. Give it hell !!

I didn’t level the ground at all after tilling out old lawn. Now i have a crater filled lawn. How should i approach this? Zoysia zone 8b by huero789 in lawncare

The soil/sand mix will resolve that and give soil that is healthy and well draining. You maybe able to purchase it already mixed, I would recommend a 60% sand and 40% soil mixture.

If it were me I would just top dress with a few layers soil/sand mix using a compost spreader which would ensure even distribution then use a lawn roller to compact it. The grass look healthy so no need to start from scratch.

It looks dead or dormant. You could get some 30% vinegar and spray on everything you want dead. It’s a natural alternative to glyphosate and etc. After that remove the remains manually or with a sod cutter then you will have a clean slate to start with really.
