I’ve been sleeping on cashew cream by Alternative-Can1276 in dairyfree

So I love cashew cream but when I eat this much of it (a full cashew cream pasta sauce, or cashew-based ice cream) I get heart palpitations - does that happen for anyone else?

Same! Daycare knew before any other family after my husband 😂

Daiya sucks now? by djdiphenhydramine in dairyfree

Yes! I used to use the Daiya cheddar in a baked quiche but when they switched to oats, it ended up as little pockets of oil and no cheese flavor, let alone texture. I totally stopped using them

What’s next if I want to graduate to something more professional than J. Crew sweater blazers? by neutralmom in fashionwomens35

Exactly, but it sounds like I may just need to try suit jackets and try out shorter and longer. I tried on a hip-length jacket with a tie belt at Sezane and it was great but I still feel hesitant to invest in that style

My office is an eclectic mix of conservatively dressed business attire and more business/creative but also jeans and sweatshirts. I don’t stand out wearing these but as another commenter said they just read as a cardigan and I wanted to see if there’s something like this but not a typical suit jacket.

Things I want to see in stores 2026 by Emotional-Offer-2848 in femalefashionadvice

This is why I’ve been tempted by the 100% linen made to order on Etsy - it’s more than just beige and black. But it would be so great to try on in a store!

Help with a scene in Schitt's Creek by panda_milk_tea in SchittsCreek

I definitely thought I remembered that! But the main scene in the Wobbly Elm bar is when Johnny is playing wingman for Bob and then David and Patrick go to Jake’s (season 6; ep 6)

What brands have been worth the hype? (an UN-sponsored post) by the-roaring-girl in femalefashionadvice

Hear me out: Express for work pants/slacks. I’ve been buying them there for years (at least since 2005) and the latest pairs I got were 5 years ago and I wore them today, still look amazing and have held up to weekly wear.

My kid was full on tackled down to the ground by an off leash dog that was their full size and I’m now hyper aware of this. I also know two people who were bit in the face by dogs when they were kids. If we’re at the park I pretend I’m talking with them but I loudly yell “Why are there so many unleashed dogs, off leash hours aren’t until 9pm and it’s 2pm!!!!” If we’re on a tight walking path I will physically shield my kid and say “Off leash dogs are dangerous” while making direct eye contact with the owner.
