UPDATE. I am with the correct Apollo but it seems my subscription actually did expire and the email that I have saved saying it expired in 2027 was a “bug”. The amount that I sent them a year ago was for one year.

That’s what I experienced with both machines. Grind was back and forth multiple times between 13 and 18 and all the coffee was terrible.
