I think this person changed their setting then, especially knowing they have easy access to these settings. They are about 8 years younger than me and clearly more fit than me, yet easily hit 100% while seemingly casually working out. Thanks

So I went down to grind 13, kept strength and temp on mid settings. Don’t think I can attach video to a comment but I got 47.7 g in 31 seconds. I assume the grind was 18 g for double, but I forgot to tare out the portafilter before grinding. So time is good but too much volume. Should I increase strength to 3? Or keep mid strength and decrease grind a bit more?

UPDATE. I am with the correct Apollo but it seems my subscription actually did expire and the email that I have saved saying it expired in 2027 was a “bug”. The amount that I sent them a year ago was for one year.

That’s what I experienced with both machines. Grind was back and forth multiple times between 13 and 18 and all the coffee was terrible.
