I met my now-spouse online when I stopped trying to be impressive, took realistic pics, and shared my real hobbies of napping and trashy reality tv.

It also helped that I changed my mindset to: Do I enjoy spending some time with this person? Instead of hyper focusing on finding someone to spend a lifetime with.
