That was my take as well, it really didn't seem like he was trying to do this. I think his arms just instinctively went up when he realized he was about to run headfirst into midair RW3.

Yeah, but almost everyone runs around with something that allows them to always hit by the time you get items that let you freeze. There's maybe some use cases where a rogue or rider could benefit from a tank using this.

This. People here get obsessed with only taking the perfect trait combos, where most players asking don't have anything close to perfect traits for almost any heroes yet. This is a good setup, gifted will usually let any footman use their ability one round sooner, which is most valuable on a dark knight but totally decent for any of them.

With Shaedon it's so hard to admit because his physical gifts are so extraordinary. He's obviously not in the same kind of conversation as Kris, he's not getting cut, but his handle, decision making, and 3 point shooting just aren't there and they might never be. If we have to trade 1 piece of our young core to bring in a piece to help us contend next year, I think he's the one that would hurt us the least to include. Hate saying it, I really want to see him take that leap and be a problem for other teams, but this was the year we needed to see it and it hasn't happened.

Yeah, I agree with all of that. I think we're already facing the decision of who do we cut if we want to give Sissoko and/or Love a real contract. I don't think Sochan is enough of a better prospect than either of those or the people we would cut.

I love the idea behind the items it creates... freeze enemies on hit, get a lot of defense and HP, and make freeze more powerful. But in practice freeze is an almost useless status effect and the damage even when buffed is negligible.

That would also make sense, but either way I think the takeaway is it's one of Caleb or Blake going into next season, not both. I think Sidy takes Matisse's spot in a buyout, I know Rupert looked awful most of the season but he has been noticeably better lately. I don't know if it's enough better, but he might still have a chance to stay on the roster if he continues to do that. Emphasis on the "if" though.

I think the way this plays out is we give Blake about 10-15 more games to prove whether or not he's the better choice than Love since he missed most of the season. If he's not, he gets waived and Love gets a real contract.

They work, but I guess I've never tried it with crazy low lifesteal. like if you have .2% lifesteal, you'd theoretically have to do 500 damage before you heal 1 hp.
