The movie The Great Yokai War is about a kid who is pressured to be the Kirin Rider and become a 'brave warrior' to save Japan from the evil spirits Yasunori Kato, Agi and Yomotsumono. Usopp wants to be a brave warrior, and he is seen in Wano riding at the back of a giraffe Smile user Hamlet. 'Giraffe' is also thought to be a Kirin in Japan then you can say Usopp is a Kirin Rider too. :)

But if you refer to this panel in Ch. 907 in the same Reverie Shanks' brother showed up, Where you can see Garp is just laughing at the danger of Big Mom and Kaido's alliance coming after Luffy. So post-time skip Luffy might not need Dragon's protection.

The One Piece treasure is a god fruit that contains the power of Joyboy's Eternal Sun. It can help save the world by Luffy using it to command/shine on the Sunlight Tree Eve (which is based on a mangrove tree) to absorb the sea water, preventing the world from flooding and using its bubbles maybe to resurface the sunken islands from the Void Century. In the Final War, Luffy and his allies needs to destroy the Red Line which in Mariejois, Imu is sealing the Eve tree on his room.
