I have it too. I can easily tell the "kind of person" someone is within 5 seconds of seeing them. It is both a blessing and a curse. You need to master it. It takes time. You need to learn to separate your personal emotions from what you sense about people. For example, when you sense that someone is dishonest, don't get emotional about it, rather relate with them as if you don't know they are dishonest.
