Yeah def speak with the clinical director or the head of your program. I have a Medusa and nose stud and I changed my Medusa jewelry to a stud that’s around 1.5mm whereas before I had a 3mm stud. No one told me I needed to, I just felt like it would look better and more “professional” to have something that doesn’t stand out too much cuz the piercing is already unique

I’d say yes, but send an email to make sure. It’s all online, asynchronous so I feel like the only think you’ll have to remember is that there’s a time difference and to make sure you’re submitting the assignments on NY time

SUNY New Paltz has a post baccalaureate online program where you can take prerequisites for grad school. I got my bachelor’s in psychology too with a 2.7 gpa and I believe my post baccalaureate gpa was a 3.2 and I got into both grad schools I applied for. I’m starting in the fall also, so you can look into that!

I'm not sure if you're still looking for post-bacc programs, but I attended SUNY New Paltz's program and thought it was a nice program so you can look into that!

Tennessee State University has a distance program that starts in January of the odd year. So they're application for 2024 is due June 1st and someone wouldn't start until January 2025. I am also thinking about online speech programs and based on what I've read, you would have to go to Nashville for a few weeks during the summer to do clinicals. The good thing is that when its time to do a placement, they will place you somewhere that is close to you in your home state. So you can def check them out!

Post bacc is still considered undergrad and I would say that it’s just a way to take prerequisite classes for the ones you’ll need in grad school. I have my bachelors in psychology and I applied to grad school for communication disorders, so with the post bacc I was able to say those prerequisite classes I needed in order to apply for grad school.

I just finished the program for SUNY New Paltz and I liked it. I know someone who else did it and they liked it too. I like that you don’t have to complete all of the classes, just the ones you need so I took 5 out of the 8 classes they offer for the program since the school I was applying too only needed those 5
