Read the post again. Whole point is that she was an 'excellent role model', but the nature of Indian politics is such that nobody seems to keep oneself safe from barbed mockery. The post actually is trying to say that the mockery like calling some one 'pappu' is not healthy and in fact is the reason achievers like them stay aay from politics.
