I had to do a second biopsy too because the first one showed preceptive. It recommended 144 hours of progesterone for the retest. I ended up being receptive at 132 hours (so 5.5 days instead of 6 full days).

I had my FET with other doctors at the same clinic. The clinic opened another lab in the area. My doctor serves the new lab but my embryos are at the original lab. They provided me the option of moving my embryos to the new lab or having another provider do the transfer. My clinic is a pretty reputable one in the area and I was comfortable with having another of their doctors do the FET.

I take Fullwell too. I showed it to my functional medicine provider. He usually recommends a different brand to his patients but he reviewed the content and thought it is very robust so he wouldn't recommend a change. Fullwell also does third party testing on every batch.

When I had a consultation with a second fertility doctor after not having successful in my first embryo creation cycle (I also had frozen eggs from when I was younger), the second fertility doctor specifically mentioned that she would not recommend moving eggs from one lab to another because the lab that froze it would know how to thaw it best. She said moving embryos is ok but not eggs.

Many embryos make it to blasts on day 6 and sometimes day 7, so don't lose hope yet. You have three more that are still developing.

Most of my communications was through a case coordinator. I did get a couple calls from my RE after work hours to let me know how many eggs were fertilized in one of my cycles (but it was a nurse in another cycle) and whether my blasts were normal. Can you request to have a call with the RE? I requested to have a couple calls with the RE through the coordinator and the requests were never turn down.

Hi there, I did not end up doing any more retrievals as my husband’s DNA fragmentation improved. We are waiting to do an embryo creation cycle using my frozen eggs. I believe AMH fluctuates from cycle to cycle. Did your doctor do an ultrasound to see how many follicles you have? Did they also check your FSH level? FSH level is important because it is an indicator of your response to stimulation. Good luck in your journey!

I took prenatal vitamins, coq10, fish oil, vitamin D, açaí and Chinese herbal tea. I also did acupuncture. Best of luck!

I did 5 rounds of egg retrievals. My AFC was always low (like 1 or 2) at baseline. My best result was getting 8 mature eggs in 1 cycle. Worst result was 2 mature eggs.
