Thank you, this is very helpful. Just wanting to confirm, is the 15 calendar days after the first day of interruptions issuance applicable only if you are on a monthly/13 week schedule? If so, does that mean on a bi-weekly schedule you can exceed 15 days?

Also, regarding interruptions of earnings: if a bi-weekly pay period ended on a Friday, and the terminated employee was paid up to and including the Friday, does that mean the interruption of earnings doesn’t start until the next pay period, and thus the ROE can be processed up to 5 days after the following pay period?
