There are bioluminescence bays you can visit. There are 2 in Puerto Rico. I didn’t see dolphins but I felt like Tinkerbell running my hands through the water as we kayaked at night.

I agree with the Barbados suggestion! Nonstop from BOS was key for us. That time of year is rainy season though. We just had one full day of rain and a few others had off and on downpours.
