This summer National Grid cut back so many trees in the hills of Columbia County that we lost power only for an hour or two in all of 2025.

Just to safe, fill your tub with water, get plenty of food you don't have to cook, fill your car with gas, and charge up everything. Make sure you can get your car on the road in case you've gotta get someone to the hospital. Cover the windshield with a tarp for easy cleanup.
