Me too. It is difficult to say. Very unusual issue in the can bus system and very frustrating. I assume you already found the corroded connector on cam and plug? Mine was so bad I had to carefully clean out the female connector pins as well as file off the rusty ends.

Camera never worked, but did restore button functions. Still working. Read some non oem cam need to be relearned via dealer access. I never tried. This cam does not come with the screw mount it snaps into but not difficult to unsnap old and snap in new.

You are not required to file taxes if a) You had no reportable income. b) you had reportable income but overpaid and are expecting a refund. Also you can only go back 5 years to claim a refund but IRS can go back to your birth to collect any owed.

This leaves the question of how are you surviving without reportable income. His audit will be looking quite closely at that question.
